The Italian chef, who has been engaged in private kitchens for many years, teaches the authentic Italian pizza. Tutor will explant the key point of how to fermentation a pizza dough with “zero failure”, students can personally make several pizzas and tastes in the classroom.
Workshop process (3 hours):
- Making explanations and notes
- Teach to make authentic Italian pizza, Pizza chiusa and Focaccia
- Teach to make a preservative-free tomato sauce (can be placed for 10 years!)
- Students can create several pizzas and taste them in class.

- Participants under the age of 10 need parental guidance and are a good choice for parent-child activities.
