• After you have send an inquiries to the venue, the venue will instantly receive your inquiry and a new chatroom will be created for you and the venue
• A venue will normally reply you within 2 - 3 hours via 2book message or directly call you.
• Once the venue confirm availablility, they will request you to pay a deposit. Once paid, the venue will confirm your booking
• If a venue has not reply to your inquiry request for a period of time, you may click here to contact us, and our 2book staff will assist you.

Use 2book to Communicate

• Please use the chatroom 2book has provided to communicate with the venue, in case should there by any problem we can assist you immediately

Earn Points with Successful Reservation

• Some of the venues when booking via 2book can earn points. When the booking is successfully confirm and attended, points will be deposited into your account. If you have attend to a booking inquired via 2book but has not have any point deposit into your account. please click here to contact us, and our 2book staff will assist you.
